Case Study: A Timeless Celebration for Bailey & Ilona

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, we had the distinct pleasure of providing the complete soundtrack and audio production for Bailey and Ilona’s unforgettable wedding day. The celebration spanned two stunning locations, beginning with an elegant outdoor ceremony at the Parkwood Estate Historic Site and transitioning into a high-energy reception at Tosca Banquet Hall. Working alongside the incredible planning team at Velvet Bordeaux Events, our goal was to seamlessly blend live acoustic performances with high-energy DJ sets.

For this event, TTK Events handled the full scope of musical entertainment and audio-visual production to ensure a flawless experience from the first guest’s arrival to the final dance. Our provided services included:

A Heartfelt Ceremony at Parkwood Estates in Oshawa

The day kicked off on the beautiful South Lawn of Parkwood Estate. Jukebox Duo provided the live acoustic soundtrack for guest arrivals, the processional, and the cocktail hour. One of the most special and deeply personal elements of the ceremony was that the groom’s mother, Susan, served as the officiant.

A Grand Entrance & Unexpected Moments

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved indoors to Tosca Banquet Hall. After a lively grand entrance and a beautiful first dance to Jamie Cullum’s “What A Difference A Day Made,” the energy in the room completely transformed.

We love creating unique, interactive moments that guests don’t expect. During the first course, DJ Elle took the wireless mic to give a special shout-out to the groom’s grandparents in honour of their 60th wedding anniversary. Instantly, Jukebox Duo broke into a live, upbeat rendition of “Sugar Pie Honey Bunch,” and the grandparents got right up to share a beautiful, spontaneous dance together.

Interactive Entertainment Between Courses

The entertainment didn’t pause for dinner. Between courses, DJ Elle stepped out from behind the DJ booth with the wireless microphone while Jukebox Duo played a lively set of dancing music. DJ Elle called out the groom’s mother, getting her right up on the dancefloor. From there, Elle strolled around the room, interacting with guests and pulling people up from their tables. Before the main course was even finished, the dancefloor was completely packed!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Vince and Tie The Knot for our wedding! We booked Vince and Natalie to perform our dinner hour and for Vince to DJ after dinner, and it was fantastic! Guests could not help but start dancing between courses, which no one who worked at the venue had ever seen before. They knew the exact vibe that was needed, and were extremely pleasant to work with behind the scenes as well.

We booked Vince without ever hearing him play live, so decided to book him for a birthday event before the wedding so we’d have a chance to meet him. Again, Vince and Igor were fantastic.

We’ve had so many requests from guests at the birthday and the wedding asking for their contact info, and I’ve never hesitated to recommend them. They will be my choice for live music for all future events!

Right from the admin team (thanks to LAUREN) they worked with our theme, our type of music, everything. We had been taking dancing lessons, and the band learned our song specifically for our first dance. Igor and Vince had sent us a song list of everything they could play and the selections were endless.

They also brought a beautiful violinist to play us walking in to the ceremony and she was spot on perfection. It changed the mood our our wedding to elegant and sophisticated.
